Moussa Kouyate.

Senior full-stack engineer. 7+ years of production work — websites, SaaS, dashboards, APIs. Based in Dubai.

Both layers — what visitors see, and the part nobody sees. The visible layer is your brand: typography, motion, every word in your buyers' languages. The invisible layer decides whether forms survive spam, pages load under a second on a buyer's phone — not just on a fast laptop — and the site you launch this year still works three years from now without a rewrite. End-to-end delivery — same engineer from first sketch to launched site, no handoff chain.

Recent role: technical owner across booking platforms, owner portals, multi-role RBAC SaaS, and lead-onboarding flows for a Dubai property-tech company. Most of those builds are referenced above.

webfor.agency is the current focus. Take real estate: agencies in Dubai operate inside Bayut and PropertyFinder — that won't change. What does change is owning a brand site in your clients' language — the difference between being one of many and the one they remember. I build that — and the same craft carries to other premium businesses, most recently a Dubai aviation firm selling aircraft and parts worldwide.
